1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Grey Beards, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website greybeardsshop.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or make any purchases.

All products listed on the Site are physical goods and are available for shipping within the United States only. We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photos, pricing, or other content on the Site is complete, accurate, reliable, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any product available for purchase, discontinue any product at any time, and refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping costs, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment is processed securely through WooPayments. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount (including taxes and shipping) to your selected payment method. You represent and warrant that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
Your receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
An order is considered accepted only when the product has been shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation. In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the shipping method selected and the delivery destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from the Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the Customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be charged additional shipping fees to reship the order.
7. All Sales Final — No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any purchases made through the Site.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed your order carefully, including the product(s) selected, quantities, pricing, and shipping address, and that you understand no refunds or returns will be provided after the order is placed.
In the limited circumstance that you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or is materially different from what was described on the Site, please contact us at support@greybeardsshop.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. Photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, website design, and software, is the property of Grey Beards, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

9. User Conduct
By using our Site, you agree not to:
